Measurement of carnitine and acylcarnitines for the detection
of inborn errors of metabolism.
Quantitation of immunosuppressants (Cyclosporin A, Tacrolimus,
Sirolimus, Everolimus and mycophenolic acid).
Quantitation of steroids (17-hydroxyprogesterone, androstenedione,
testosterone, and cortisol & cortisone)
Therapeutic drug monitoring service (caffeine and imatinib)
Serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D2 and D3
Plasma renin activity and aldosterone concentration
Comprehensive drug screening by UPLC TOF MS
MS Instrumentation:
7 units of LC tandem MS (Applied Biosystems API 2000; 2 x Waters
Quattro Micro; Waters TQD; Waters Xevo TQ; 2 x Waters Xevo TQS)
